I serve Houston and the surrounding area with The Rolf Method of Structural Integration aka "Rolfing".

As a Board Certified practitioner, my focus is to guide clients through a process of releasing physical and/or emotional patterns that no longer serve them.

 

This change brings ease and fluidity to the body creating a greater sense of well being while supporting physiologic function and brings the relief of chronic pain.
