A regular, intentional yoga practice can help us release old patterns as well as bring new awareness and freedom to our everyday life. It can also help SI clients integrate the organization that the sessions provide.
I've been a student of Iyengar, Pralaya and YogaBetter schools and continue to study biomechanics through workshops and trainings via Katie Bowman's Nutritious Movement. I marry my varied movement backgrounds and SI expertise to offer a SI/Yoga/Movement practice that will enable you to stay effortlessly balanced in gravity.
